1953 Development and production of the first plastic packaging
1960 Change in legal form to Novoplast Schellhorn KG, Verpackungen
1972 Company is converted into Novoplast – Verpackungen GmbH & Co. KG
1978 Expansion of production facilities and of the warehouse on Isnyer Strasse
1980 New administration building on Isnyer Strasse
1985 Following the acquisition of the new site on Unterzeiler Weg, successive development with production facilities
1992 Development and production launch of the legendary "cream jug"

1999 Development and production of the first IML-decorated premium cream-cheese package with modern handling equipment
2000 75th anniversary and inauguration of the new production hall for injection molding
2004 Over 500 million packages produced for the first time
2006 First high-quality and pasteurisable packaging with IML for meat paste
2008 Ground-breaking ceremony for new production facilities
